I got 1 to begin with and have used it everyday since, i mainly got it because i read that it’s easier to replace a habit than to stop a habit. so i got this as an attempt to quit caffeine, but it’s useful for other things too. 1st - everytime i feel like i want an energy drink i would use my viff and because of the mint it would help me feel energised and distract me for a bit! 2nd - will just be good to have on hand when i have a cold and 3rd - it’s SO GOOD for healthcare workers!!! i work in a hospital and the wards can have some bad smells sometimes. honestly found my viff SO SO useful as a healthcare professional!!! ive since bought 3 more so i can have 1 for work, 1 for home and spares ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚ thank u viff
